As an experienced advocate she has appeared before both federal agencies and state agencies in 23 states. As an experienced transactional attorney, she has drafted and negotiated technical and complex settlement agreements and other commercial contracts. As an experienced litigator she has thousands of hours of stand-up time as lead counsel in administrative hearings, federal bankruptcy court trials, district court trials, and appellate experience before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court. As an experienced lobbyist, she has testified at the state level with regard to policy and administrative law legislation.
